Terms of Membership

The Sacred Vault is a members-only digital space operated by House of MahMah Tea LLC (“we,” “us”). By creating an account or signing in, you agree to these terms.

1 · Membership & billing

Full access requires an active membership ($19.99/month, billed through our Shopify store) or a trial we grant. Cancel anytime through your original purchase; access continues to the end of the period you paid for. Trials end automatically — no charge, no action needed.

2 · Your account

Sign-in links and your account are yours alone — sharing access with people outside your household may end your membership. You must be 18 or older to join.

3 · The content

Everything inside — videos, music, ebooks, readings, live streams — is the intellectual property of House of MahMah Tea LLC or its licensors, for your personal use only. Recording, downloading, redistributing, or republishing Vault content is not permitted.

4 · What the Vault is — and is not

The Vault shares astrology, numerology, frequency, and wellness education for insight, reflection, and entertainment. It is not medical, mental-health, legal, or financial advice, and nothing here tells you to buy or sell any investment. For decisions about your health or money, consult a licensed professional.

5 · Community conduct

Speak freely, adult to adult — but slurs, hate speech, harassment, spam, and links are removed, and repeat harm ends membership. We moderate automatically and by hand, and our decisions on removals are final.

6 · Messages from us

By joining, you agree to receive membership emails (access links, account notices) and marketing updates & offers from House of MahMah Tea LLC. Every marketing email includes an unsubscribe link, and opting out of marketing never affects your membership. We do not sell your information.

7 · Your data

We store what membership needs: your email, name, profile details you add, and billing status (payments are processed by Shopify — we never see card numbers). Accounts that never activate may be removed, with contact details kept on our outreach list under section 6. To have your data deleted, email us and we will remove it.

8 · The practical legalities

The Vault is provided “as is” — we work hard to keep it up, but we cannot promise zero interruptions. Our total liability to you is limited to the membership fees you paid in the past 12 months. We may update these terms; meaningful changes will be announced inside the Vault. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas.
